And over to HK
A quick trip over by Boeing Jet Boat and back in Hong Kong again for a little R&R. Met up with Cousin in law Debbie after 15 years or so, so it was great to sit in a bar in Soho and catch up!
There are so many silly signage opportunities in Hong Kong this is one of my Favorites!. These folks certainly take every opportunity to have fun!!!!
More great modern Architecture, below is the Lippo building. Designed by an Australian Architect the design was inspired by Koala's climbing trees.. So I have been told!
I guess only Banks and Insurance companies can afford to create offices like this!
And a few random shots while strolling through Wan Chai and Soho areas.
Stopped to bargain for some Chinese Lanterns with Debbie... Just because.
You just have to love the curious mix of the Ultra Modern and the places where time has stood still for 100 Years,,,,,,,
Back in the Mysterious East
Its Amazing what we Human Beings will pay for! How about paying to Jump off the 233M tall Macau Tower. I really was going to do it, but ran out of time. The line up was full of Australians who seem to have no reservations in doing this. Next time though after a few beers.

OK, you don't really have to make sure you hit the cushion, it is a controlled descent. Hey Super hows about a Father Son Jump one day to see who screams first, it is a looooooooooooong way down!.
There are so many interesting modern buildings rising from the ground in Macao these days and all built in the time it took me to re do our basement!, This is one of the latest the new MGM Grand Macao due to open in November. Next trip I will get some shots of the largest property in Macao (Cotai) the new sands Venetian with 3 Canals inside!. It energy requirements cooling lighting etc are so great they had to build its own power station. I did get the Hard Hat tour and was totally overwhelmed by it. I understand that National Geographic will be running program on its construction.
