More Strolls around NYC

Unfortunately the Guggenheim is under renovation, its a pity as I think the most impressive thing is the building itself more so than the contents on display.

Views from the "Top of the Rock"

L ooking North across Central Park toward JO lake.
And a great view of Manhatten. A trip to the top of the Rockefeller Center is a great alternative to the Empire State... Fewer people and although only 70 Stories up compared to the empire state Observation floor 86, the views are really breathtaking.

Just a few random shots from the collection... Memories Phil?

Rainy departure day... This was the weekend of the severe east coast storms. Sunday morning was just the beginning so a slightly early departure than planned!

Thats a shame about the guggenhiem under renovation. Its a truly remarkable building from the outside. You will just have to go back at some point I think. Great pics of the flat iron building and trinity church though.

Is that huge american flag on the building opposite the NYSE? The place where George Washington was sworn in as the first president?
